Challenge
With a smaller team, a rapidly expanding business, and a LOT to do, Duluth Coffee Company reached out for help in producing engaging design printed materials for their cafe. Their brand wasn’t changing. That part was staying put. However, how it was used across their various printed pieces and in-store elements needed some focused attention and love.
Solution: Thoughtfully Designed Printed Materials
We’ve been partnering with Duluth Coffee Co. for several years now and we absolutely love it. It gives us an excuse to stop down at the Duluth Coffee Cafe regularity, but it also allows us to be an extension of the Duluth Coffee Co. team. Having worked together on so many projects, we’ve gotten to really know the business, its brand, and their vision. This type of deep understanding allows us to be really efficient when new projects come up because we don’t have to start from scratch with discovery research. Their company, industry, and competitors are already fresh in our minds, so we can hit the ground running much faster.

In addition to the design pieces below, we also got to help Duluth Coffee Co. redesign their coffee bags. These were more than just a redesign to shake it up. The new bags created a system around their various coffees and changed how they talk about them. Both internally to teach their staff and also to their customers.
